With the support of ProColombia, Invest in Santa Marta participated in the “Colombia, Land of Beauty” Macroroundtable held in Mexico, standing out as a key player in promoting foreign investment in our city.
The organization was represented by its director, Marianna Romo, who conducted over 10 strategic meetings with potential investors, investment funds, and companies from Mexico, the United States, and Honduras. During these meetings, Santa Marta showcased its strong appeal as a prime destination for business operations relocation, highlighting its strengths in sectors such as agribusiness, technology, and services, as well as its global projection as an ideal destination for business development.
The event brought together 180 Colombian companies and 121 international buyers from 19 countries, solidifying itself as a platform for fostering trade and investment between Colombia and the world. In this setting, Santa Marta stood out not only for its natural beauty but also for its ability to attract foreign capital and boost the local economy.
